Dear Parents,

Please note that the School will remain closed till Wednesday, 11th
January 2012 for students of  Mont-I to Class XII and shall reopen on
Thursday, 12th January 2012. The formative assessment for Classes VI-X
scheduled for  Monday, 9th January,2012 shall be held on Thursday,
12th January 2012.

Therefore,the School will remain open on Saturday, 21st January 2012 and  Saturday 28th January 2012 for students. On Saturday, 21st January 2012 Monday time table will be followed  and
Saturday 28th January 2012 Wednesday  time table will be followed to compensate for the academic loss due to extended vacations.

Dear Parent,
In view of the Annual Day function to be held on Friday 18th November 2011 the following schedule will be followed from 15th to 18th November 2011.

Tuesday 15th November 2011

  1. The academic work will remain suspended for rehearsals. All participants from classes I to XII. will follow the timings 7:45 am. to 2pm.
  2. Montessori participants will follow the timing 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
  3. Participants who are using School bus facility are to note that it will be available at the usual time.
  4. All the participants are required to bring their lunch boxes and water bottles from home.

 

Wednesday 16th November 2011 and Thursday 17th November 2011

  1. Normal classes will remain suspended for Mont. I to class XII.

 

  1. The students participating in the cultural programme and student volunteers will report to School

 at 3 pm.

  1. Montessori participants will report at 4 pm.

 

  1. On Wednesday 16th November 2011 there shall be full dress rehearsal.
  1. On Thursday 17th November 2011 rehearsal shall be in School uniform.

 

  1. The Rehearsals are expected to conclude by 9:30 pm. The parents are requested to make necessary arrangements to drop and pick up the children from the School.
  1.  Prize winners must report to School at 4 pm. on Thursday 17th November 2011 for rehearsal of the Prize Distribution Ceremony. They can leave at 5:30 pm. after the rehearsal.

 

  1. All participants must bring their lunch boxes and water bottles from home.

Friday 18th November 2011

  1. Normal classes will remain suspended for Mont. I to class XII.

 

  1. The prize winners, the students participating in the cultural programme and student volunteers will report to school at 3:00 pm.
  1. The Montessori students participating in the Annual Day Programme will report to school at 3:30 pm.

 

  1. Light refreshments will be provided to all the participants. However it is advisable that they also bring their lunch boxes and water bottles from home.
  1. The Annual day function is likely to conclude by 9 pm. The parents are requested to make necessary arrangements to drop and pick up the children from School as per programme.

 

Note for Parents

  1. The participants of the Culture Programme will be allowed to leave only after the conclusion of the entire programme. Parents should collect their wards from the respective greenrooms at the end of the function.

 

  1. Adequate food must be brought by the participants as they will not be allowed to purchase any food item from outside.
  1. Official recording of the cultural programme will be done and converted to CDs and will be given on payment.

 

  1. Participants are strictly prohibited from bringing personal mobiles and cameras on the days of the rehearsals and the Annual Day.
  1. Parents are requested to put their mobiles on silent mode while the function is going on.

This is to inform you that the Parent teacher Meeting for students of VI-X will be held on Friday 14th October 2011 from 8:00 a.m. -11:30 a.m.

The result of Summative Assessment - I will be given by the class techers.You are required to come and meet the subject teachers to discuss the progress of your ward.
