The
school has well equiped laboratories for Physics,Chemistry,Biology,Engineering
drawing and Computers for Secondary and Senior Secondary
classes.
The
school also has a Junior science lab. for primary
and middle classes.
Physics
Laboratory
The Physics laboratory is a huge and well equiped
lab with all aparatus as per CBSE curriculum. the
lab has all the aparatus that enables in teaching
the basic concepts of physics.It caters very well
to all the classes.
There
is a dark room provided in the laboratory to perform
experiments and activities especially for the project
work on optics.
The
lab has telescopes,microscopes ,spectometer,mercury
lamp set up for performing projects for senior classes.
Chemistry
Laboratory
Chemistry
is basically an experimental science.It is not only
a science of observation alone but is also a science
of measurements.Our lab is well equiped to carry out
all curriculum-based ezxperiments based on qualitative
,quantative,thermochemistry,kinetics,electrochemistry
etc.Innovative projects are also conducted by the
students.Utmost importance is being given to handling
of equipements and safety measures to be adopted while
working in the chemistry lab.Immediate first aid measures
are taken in case of accident/injury.Our main objective
in the lab is to develop the students scientific aptitude.
Biology
Laboratory
The
biology lab is located on the first floor of bloch-2
and it covers a lot of space..It can accomodate about
50 students easily at a time.
The
walls are lined with glass showcases where the exhibits
are arranged systematically for the ease of students.
The working
tables are spaced with care so that each student gets
more than enough space to perform experiments comfartably.
It is fully
equiped with the requiste aparatus and related facilities
like preserved specimens ,self explanatory charts,electrical
gadgets,glassware and sufficient number of microscopes.
All the above
items are categorically arranged for the students
benefit.
The lab attendants
are always at hand to help the students.
